Franc DiBari is President of Noble Executive Search. Franc is an internationally-respected industry leader known for providing exemplary client service that delivers results, on-schedule. Over the past 27 years, Franc has led the completion of over 750 searches in corporations, higher education, and medical device manufacturers throughout the Americas, Europe and Pacific Rim..

Prior to founding Noble Executive Search, Franc has held senior leadership positions in several firms. He was a partner of the global executive search firm Royce Fielding Group  for 5 years and, before that, served as Accounting Manager of XTRA Corporations, XLCO Oil and Gas exploration divisions Boston office.

Franc has represented corporate clients in a variety of industries including medical devices computer hardware and software, consumer products, financial and insurance services, government services, healthcare, information technology, manufacturing, professional services, telecommunications, and utilities. Franc has led not-for-profit search and works with local grassroots organizations providing smart growth solutions.

Franc has completed extensive studies in Leadership in the Public Sector at North Carolina State University.
